You are going to really screw yourself up if you follow that advice. Read all the evidecne I posted on this subject. People who are claiming that acidity is the cause of all diseases and conditions are totally clueless when it comes to how the human body really works. So don't take their word for it, do your own research before you really hurt yourself!
