I feel your pain! So frustrating when the stuff that is supposed to help does not!

I have two suggestions:

FIRST, go to CZ's Ask Moreless forum and learn about that protocol, especially the baths and sprays. Search that forum using keywords related to your complaint and ask the active members questions. THESE WORK! they sure did 4 me!

SECOND, if you find you are still cycling on the full Moreless protocol, add low-dose guaifenesin therapy.

This will require that you are assertive about holding your own against the opinions of others. ML does not like folks to mix his ideas with other stuff, and neither does Dr St Armand who came up with the Guai for FMS!

I am currently doing the combo, and will be posting progress reports periodically.
