Mouseclick this is very disturbing, I had heard of this but never saw anything like those videos. I don't think I know anyone with this disorder but then watching this girl hide it I'm wondering. You would have to have a pretty close relationship with someone to be able to tell.

I can't believe how much she ate, it just about made me sick just watching her eat, she is so much smaller than I am and she was eating twice as much as I do.

I'm wondering how would anyone from the Water Fasting forum know if someone that comes for advice on fasting had this disorder? I really don't think anyone would admit it do you? What could be done to insure that wrong advice is not given?

I really don't know anything about it but is it possible that fasting would help this disease if the person wasn't too emancipated? Well, it seems I just answered my own question - DUH- if they are throwing up everything they eat then there is no way they would have the stores of nutrients to fast.

This makes me worry about advice I might give on the Water Fasting forum. Who knows if I would be giving advice to someone with the disorder, I just don't know how we could tell. This requires a lot of thought and careful observations of the posts. I think I will do some research to find out more about this, maybe there is a way we can help them.
