Thanks Chris, likewise I have not checked the forums so may have missed a few things.

I did have a soreness in the area of my liver a few days into the fast (felt like a burning sensation in a small area under the skin), and on refeeding a soreness in that general area under my heart at the end of this fast, and on the same side.

It's getting less now, I did wonder about that liver flush, but as a prerequisite you have to do a parasite cleans, and as a prerequisite to that... and so on.

There also seems to be some controversy as to whether or not the stones are stones of a product of the cleansing process. Tweet
