I didn't say that ED's were caused ONLY by trauma but by emotional/psychological/psychiatric reasons, and where the little girls you refer to are subject to emotional/sociological pressures to conform and which demonstrates the causes of ED's quite clearly.

If you didn't understand my post then that is obviously not my fault, but I suggest you read it again for the maximum comprehension.
