yep.. I clearly know nothing about natural hygiene.. especially as someone obtaining her PHD in Chinese Medicine and has patients of her own who she treats sucesfully via Diet, herbs, acupuncture, massage, and homeopathy. Not to mention have helped many with candida, acne, heart issues, calming down herpes flare ups, obesity..etc.. yeah I surely am the *poorer one*.

And considering I eat clean, and use natural remedies to treat myself as well as my cat.. the very few times we are both bothered with a minor cold and am extremely healthy and in shape..

Clearly, I know *nothing*. nada. zip. no experience what so ever because I do not believe Water Fasting is a cure *all*. blahity blah blah blah.

I also don't appreciate you talking down to me, simply because I do not agree with you. Stop trying to bully me.
