you are giving an entirely wrong impression of the fast and how to lose weight.
You are quite right in that exercise will accelerate weight loss, and especially anaerobic exercise, as extolled by Dr Al Sears MD in his PACE programme, but you are overlooking/ignoring the other benefits of losing weight via fasting in that there are many many health benefits to weight loss via fasting: the elimination of metabolic and other toxins; accelerating much greater healing than would otherwise be the case, and which is not achieved by exercise alone.
The eating of "cake" as you suggest is disease-causing, and where life isn't just so many calories just to be counted and weighed against weight gain/loss.
If you are indeed training to be an alternative Doctor, then this advice really goes against the grain in promoting optimal health and wellness, and which we are attempting to educate all members for their distinct benefit.
It sounds as if you are also in need of educating instead of medicating.
