I explained above how this thought pattern can be very flawed.
Also you've posted elsewhere something about exercising to lose weight instead of fasting. You've also made the point that you disagree with the extent of fasting's ablility to heal. I've given you my first-hand experience which is contrary to your view.
Fasting is a much better alternative than exercise. You get tons of healing benefits along with the weight loss.
