everyone thinks I'm out to get them.. but I'm actually not. I have helped several people via diet.. and alternative med.. I'm an alt Dr in training. But I will not sugarcoat and give bs promises. Baby steps.. you have to take that or you will set up failure.. and the time spend running around in circles you could have been closer to your goal.
its like someone who's never run before wanting to do a marathon and the people on this forum saying you can do it! and me scoffing and saying ookaay why dont we work on jogging a mile first. But I digress :)
goodluck on your fast loosie and just remember.. restriction of any kind is not the way to live atleast IMO.. you need to find your personal balance within- have some pizza here and there life is too short :)
