just wait 'til I start training you and whip you into shape!.. there then lies when you'll be all achey and whiney :P

no pain no gain! muahahahahhaha

once you get into a habit.. you may actually enjoy working out and be amazed how you can lose just as much fat by eating tons and working out and not fasting. You're metabolism will be so fast and self sufficient it'll be insane.

who wouldn't want to train their body into a fat burning machine the second they eat a piece of cake?
