Re: Researchers praise fasting: the value of a few days
Yes Chiron,
the groups studied did have other lifestyle low risk factors that need to be taken into account, and where Dr Ralph Cinques comments are based on years of teaching and practising Natural Hygiene: he did in fact intern under
Shelton during his lifetime.!!
Other low-risk behavious tend to be related to more healthy lifestyle choices and as recommended by Natural Hygiene, after all NH as a lifestyle lowers the risk factor for disease considerably, and this is what I think they were referring to.
Anyone who has undertaken a lengthy fast (such as Mouseclick) will tend towards healthy lifestyle choices because of the after effects of the fast itself, and where this makes your body in tune with its biological needs, wants and desires: our tastes and perspectives change after a lengthy fast and renews our natural instincts.
We should also bear in mind that it has only taken about 158 years for the American Journal of Cardiology and other medical researchers to arrive at this conclusion.
Pretty quick to catch on aren't they?
