Re: Desperate...
Heyas,
If you can tolerate flushes that are a weak apart, by all means go ahead and do that, but you should be aware, that when you flush, the "gunk" that enters the intestines can be reabsorbed and lead to herx/retoxification and new stones.
Whats creating your stones? is it parasites? a lazy gallbladdar? hormone imbalances related to adrenals? Are you getting enough lecthin via eggs/meat? something in your environment? are you intolerant of some food/group? (tried a rotation diet?)
coffee enemas do work, but they aren't as powerful as flushes, but you can do more of them and they are less taxing in the long run.
Maybe you just have alot of congestion? I've been flushing for 2.5 years now (58 flushes) and just now have I reached the upper shoulder area, I had a bout of backpain for a series of flushes as well, even though I hadn't had back pain in years before that.
If it's not something in your diet, it might be something lacking from it, or you just have to put up with this taxing detoxification process.
Have you tried switching to a higher meal frequency? i.e. less food per meal but more meals? that might keep your GB going and get more stones out too.
BTW if you take GCG you are supposed to take apple juice/potassium as well as GCG increases that output via the kidneys.
