Re: Desperate...
"I eat a high fat diet"
My immedaiate reaction to that was that you can do all the protocols in the world, but if you are sabbotaging them with bad diet and lifestyle choices, you'll never improve. What you eat may not be creating a lot of stones, but it can certainly affect a lot of other body processes.
Have you done any of these things - extended intestinal cleanses, fasting, SWF. Perhaps a move to a more vegetarian diet. I generally don't eat meat more than twice a month. I eat mainly chicken and fish the rest of the time. Some days JUST fruits and vegetables.
You should probably pay more attention to what you are putting in you as opposed to what you are trying to get out. Chnage directions for awhile.

As to
coffee enemas - I have never gotten stones from them, however, I have always observed that it does get stuff out (from somewhere) that normally didn't come out.
I'll precede it with a day of plain enemas and SWF's and be virtually eliminating clear. After the the coffee enema, all this other debris starts coming out. If I maintain a fast into the next day, more sedimentation comes out.
