i have two different superfood recipes, neither are anything too complex. i make green powder, and fruit C powder.
Green superfood is equal parts barley powder, wheatgrass powder, kelp, spirulina, spinach powder. i add that to a glass of water with the juice from one lemon and then add some liquid chlorophyll. i call that the green bomb.
fruit C powder is equal parts of powders acerola, acai, blueberry, and camu camu. i get those from livesuperfoods.com. again its great with lemon water. i usually take some grapeseed extract caps with this mix.
