I just started my 1st intake of epson salt in water. YUCK! It tastes horrible!. I am following Clarks recipe. Does anyone have any suggestions in helping me get this stuff down? By 10:00 pm tonight I will be ready for my olive oil and grapefruit mix. What should I expect? Will I be going to the bathroom tonight? I finished my parasite cleanse along with the colon cleanse. Let me know.
