Hi Grit, I didnt realize I can mix apple juice with the epson salt. I am doing Dr. Clarks version, and it said to mix with water. I would rather mix with the apple juice. In about 10 minutes, I will be taking my olive oil and grapefruit juice. Yikes, I'm nervous! Is this going to burn my butt? You mentioned washcloth, and I've read that others felt like it burned them a new "h-l-" you know what I mean. Well, gotta go take my mixture! Thanks again, Barbi
