I got mine at Eckerd and at KMart. "Citrate of Magnesia" or "Magnesium Citrate" in 10 oz bottles.
I use only 5 oz per dose. Good luck witht the oil mix. If you stick to the recommended volumes
(you can make up with lemon or juice or water if you do not have enough grapefruit juice ) it mixes
well and the two phases don't separate and does not taste too bad. Have some honey ready to
chase away the taste afterwards, it really helps.
