Funny you should ask because I am new to this too, but have done four cleanses, and have noticed weight dropping off with minimal effort. I have many pounds to lose as a result of cronic dieting that helped get my gallbadder in the condition it's in. I have tried exercise, weight watchers and TOPS with no results, but now I am dropping 1-2 pounds a week just making healthier food choices and daily walking/pilates. I am beginning to think that the stones or the gunk in my gallbladder was keeping me fat. I have also noticed overall improved mood since finishing the second cleanse. There are benfits.
