Thanks so much. I did my first cleanse last night. I only did about half dose since I'm so sensitive to everything. About 2 hours after the drink I got VERY nautious! Thought I was gonna toss my cookies. I laid down on my right side and myhusband rubbed my back till I fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and MAN did my side hurt. It is still hurting now and no bowel movement yet. I don't know if I should do it again tonight but i feel so lousey. Plus my glands are swollen from being sick so I have a sore throat. Ido konw that if I drank anymore than I did (about 3 ounzes) I would have thrown up no doubt. I also drank about 10 oz. of coke as I was literally dry heaving from the oil. Thanks again.
