I'm new to this and haven't done a cleanse yet. SIDE EFFECTS

Hello, I have never done a cleanse before. I'm having pain and a lot of it. I have never been over weight except since having my 5th child 1 1/2 years ago. Could the gull bladder and stones have something to do with this? I have the Classic coke recipe and am going to try it tonight. I'm a bit scared as I don't know if there are any side effects other than nausea. I have troubles with my heart...not to bad alergies but I also worry about my allergies and asthma.
Can this recipe be life threatening? Will I be in excrusiating pain? My mouth has been sick and tongue coated for about 1 or 2 months now.Taste sometimes like I'm sucking on a battery. Could the gull bladder have something to do with this? I've had trouble's with my gull bladder for years and told I should have it out but am allergic to anethesia. So that's out. So: will this help with weight, EXTREME fatigue, depression, aches and pains mostly in back and legs....basically....will I be Pamela Anderson Lee in the morning or what? LOL (just kidding) Thank you for any information...I'm about 1 hour away from trying this treatment and am TERRIFIED! Thanks all!
