That is my point, I didn't know about the fire until I saw this post. All I saw was an update on the page about him having orders sent by august

It is a misfortune, but he could just take down the server. I'd rather have my money and order when server comes back up than wait without knowing when it is going to be sent (even if I get it later)


I don't like having no email confirmation or any update. How do I know if I will receive it in 1 month or two months or if the order was lost? I can't even cancel

Specially since there is no telephone number, and the emails I sent haven't been answered for awhile

Maybe he is using the new orders that people buy as a credit line, taking longer to ship stuff until he recovers his loses

At the end of the day it is a business, he is making money from us
I been screwed by many supplement companies to be having to deal with this
