I don't know anything about 'organic' and irradiation, 97597, I only know that Humaworm has helped me, and quite likely many others.

Also, I know what I got when I whizzed some old cinnamon sticks in the blender...the richest powdered cinnamon I have ever tasted. ...And it keeps beautifully.

I believe R.G. has only said that he tries to provide the freshest possible herbs and spices.

As for the powdered versions that appear in your local grocery store, there is no way of knowing, EXCEPT the very practical aspect that stale, or improperly handled herbs and spices don't sell very well. No intelligent grocer wants anything to do with any product that doesn't sell very well.

I have bought herbs and spices at the dollar store that we use every day...for their flavor...most notably a rubbed basil that even my husband remarks on.


Yup, Hulda Clark, and likely R.G., seem to say to wait until after your FIRST parasite cleanse to do your first Liver Flush. Then a person could flush again, if they wished, before any subsequent parasite cleanse...as well as seven or more days after a cleanse.


A person could also buy their herbs and spices from a specialty shop, simply to assure that one more layer of expert care and knowledge.

Or, grow ones own. Cinnamon and cloves would be more difficult, of course, but I suppose we could always vacation where these are grown.
