My point the site says the orders would be sent by august.

If they cannot send the orders the can at least post something on it, or not take your money while you just have to wait without knowing any updates.

Posting updates would take what? 1 minute?

I didn't even get a confirmation email, if I have to wait a few months to get something that I already paid then I call that crappy business

Shit happens, the fire is bad luck, but you could just take the site down until you get everything back to normal
