I recall not too long ago you were opposed to drinking tea because of the fluoride content, you do realize that kombucha is high in fluoride, right? Personally I see nothing wrong with any organically derived minerals, but TOO MUCH of this tea can be bad, just like anything else that we may indulge TOO MUCH in.
It certainly is a great source of benificial bacteria without DAIRY, which for some can be a vital source.
