let it go; same thing happened to me. .. my first shroom took a while... 3 weeks or better I believe before I had a viable shroom. I had to throw my first batch out due to it being way too strong to consume.

The only thing I will caution you about is mold. If you see mold, you have to start over. I have only had mold once since I started; and that in one batch out of three that were brewing at the same time.
