Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

Bacterial infections and parasites are best friends with Candida and Candida is a fungus so I'm not sure why he was trying to distinguish between them. If you have a fungus overgrowth I'm not sure why you're not getting die off with anti-fungals, which ones have you been using?
