Re: Going to see a Chinese Doctor - What to expect ?
Well I don't know; I was crying because the tough meat or anything hardish made my gums hurt. It wasn't proper crying, it made my eyes water and tears would pour out because my gums smarted so badly.
I know that different people have different dietry requirements, it could depend on your blood group and your build. The country you live in and the climate's a factor too. I suggest that you listen to your body and if you repeatedly get negative effects from a particular food leave it out for a week or two then eat some again and see if you get the effect again.
I found out my blood group because in the naturopath book I told you about it says which types of foods suit different blood groupings. I'm type O Positive and I should thrive on a high protein diet, small meals, largely vegetables and fish (which I can't eat cause of mercury) and low fat. This is because I'm white and live in England which is an island. It's the first known blood group and I have it because there's no mixing of races in my ancestry. The diet is the one they would have eaten on islands centuries ago. I pressume they would've hunted for meat too and I like meat a lot.
Group A1 does well on seafood, grains, nuts, seeds and vegetables so maybe you're this group?
