yeah normal denstits told me to take colgate total dsnt really help lol do you use mouth wash i use mouth wash with clove alchoal free once a day and floss every day ans use sonic electronic toothbrush and bruss gently they tend to bleed when i floss and i hav lost teeth because of this the hloistic dentits have told me i need a few deep cleans which to be honest i dont think i have i dont like using colgate total i think its rubbish yeah my teeth hurt if i eat tooth food to especially wheir my sliver feeling is weird hey??
