u have a reading comprehension problem. mh writes constantly of these ideals and zach decided on his own to self experiment in fruitarianism. unless u r zach, i don't know how you can know anything real about his health condition.

regardless, please answer the questions posed: since when does not practicing an ideal preclude u from being able to discuss or advise it? why does the author have to be the model in order for the message to have merit?
