why is challenging someone to actually take their own advice a 'personal attack'?

i said his actions are cowardly and pathetic. i stand by those comments 100%, because they are.

anyone who recommends someone else do something that will destroy their health and then mock them when they actually do it has something wrong with them. thats how i see it.
