Re: You need an RRR or BSA for sure.

I don't know why the messages aren't being rated here but for sure you deserve a huge thank you. I am following her advice and bought what I could. What I read was that vit c 500 mg a day can make a huge difference if no supplement is available of gsh. It also states vit b6 so I bought some b complex. I also bought some milk thistle and for my ms I bought lecithin and ginko but I see you are using these too for the gsh.

I went into shock at first because the change in supplements but improved so I see I should of added gradually. I feel great today though. I read the chart of approved foods and you will see that they need to be raw. I got a new juicer yesterday, well it is a factory redo and it is great so am juicing so much.

It is amazing about so many post and so many of us are just in the dark, had you not informed me of my liver problems I would of not realized the importance of such things. I thought supps were bad but I am seeing that a a sick person needs help. Sometimes we try to follow certain sites and we just are not well enough yet. I did not have a white tongue until I went on the candida diet and I think we are judging our tongue to say if we have candida. Like Natalia said, she has no candida and was going by her tongue. So I thank you my friend for being my friend and caring about the sick to do all of this research, surely yu have a place in heaven.
