first off you didnt need a humidier, you needed a DEHUMIDIER!! humidity makes mold worse!

get yourself two things - a dehumifier and an ozone generator. the dehumidifier creates a dry environment which inhibits mold. the ozone generator creates ozone which kills the mold dead. i would get a powerful ozone generator and then put it on the highest setting. seal up your house, turn that on, and leave for a day. get a room at a hotel. let the ozone totally saturate your house for at least 24 hours. then come home, air out your house (do NOT breath the pure ozone, its dangerous at high levels!) for a few hourse, and once its aired out it will be SO much better. do that a few times and i guarantee your home will be a home again.

you have mold spores living in your house for sure right now. no question. get rid of them and then you will start healing.

beyond that get plenty of sunshine and fresh air, that is the best medicine. also, constantly be looking and searching for any undetected mold sources. be a mold detective.
