Thank you for your advice. I know that this is a Water Fasting forum, and my intentions are to switch to a Water Fast at some point. I have question for you: I was wanting to know, if I did a juice fast/diet during the week while at work, and then switched to water only on the weekends, would this help me to get over the initial weakness of water fasting? I would like to get to the point where I can Water Fast the whole time.
