Re: Need Advice
Wendy,
a bit like a carpenter who will not screw a metal screw into a piece of wood because he works with wood and not metal I suppose!!!!
Although this is a
Water Fasting support forum, and therefore the main subject, it never ceases to amaze me that some members complain (as I have done in the past: naughty boy) of other members who digress from this main subject. I think it is inevitable, and logical to assume, that these digressions will appear from time to time as a consequence of the discussion matter, and have indeed done so myself. This is a natural consequence of any discussion on any topic with related material to a main subject.
However, in your fiancées position as to whether a water-fast or juice-fast will be better tolerated and/or suited with his occupation, I would offer this piece of advice.............
Water fasting achieves much quicker & profound benefits to health, especially when the body is in a state of physical rest, but he could try and continue with his occupation for a time, while water-fasting to discover how he progresses and feels.
If the detox symptoms are too pronounced, and where physical weakness is too great an issue, then a juice-fast (feast) would be the better option in allowing him to continue with his work, whilst still achieving a certain degree of healing over time.
The very best option is to take time off work, and get the job done sooner rather than later, and in a more protracted way on a juice regimen.
A great deal depends on his physical constitution, where strength and energy would play a major part.
This link will provide more information on the energy/strength issue while
Water Fasting and a decision can then be made from there.........
