I agree--this is too extreme, and you are working. Even with water fasting, ideally, you would be in a lovely and peaceful environment (or wilderness)
and able to rest as much as the spirit moves you. lots of "loafing"
is good, as Herbert Shelton puts it--or maybe that was Purintion.
Get onto the water, and read a few bits from the fasting masters, when you have a moment...look at Chrisb1's posts--and Mouseclick has put together a couple really nice Purinton posts.
