Well thanks gypsieme, I appreciate your support. I recommend a very cautious
approach because some people can have unusual reactions likely due to the toxins released and the state of their individual health
but I have no concerns using it myself and had no adverse reactions the way I did it.
Tom's ideas on dosage and protocols are good and may work well also so if anyone is nervous of the Humble way it would be a good idea to try it his way first.
Some may need to take more but should do so carefully to avoid problems.
The way I see it take as little as you can for the least time you can and listen to your body if it tells you it's too much
