Better as in you would need a lot of AJ, pure malic acid for these kinds of emergencies can be bought cheaply at Beer and Wine makin supplies, but since it is not reacted it is a little difficult to stomach on a regular basis therefore Mag. Malate for those with ALU issues. Also Iodine shakes loose the ALU.

Can't help, took it once a decade or more ago and it almost killed me.

The latest round had SOMAN in it so other than huge amounts of Iodine with boron and calcium I don't know.
Standard is Barium (use Boron), Mycoplasma (I use Rife but there are herbs), Bromine (salt push with VitC) and a cocktail of bacterial capsules and viruses (use CS), usually mixed with pesticides (use MSM)
Now that I think of it CS will also help detox fluoride...
