Read an article by some Lyme doc from NY...forget who or where but he tells his patients to ADD (not cook with but additional) 1/4 tsp of salt per meal.

Pretty simple actually, if the MSM tells you to stay away then double up, if they tell you to take it then throw it out (like I did with VitD) :)
