Re: Aerosol Crimes - First Edition
And I've been busy adding salt (baked celtic salt) and potassium chloride into what we are eating. It's easier than the salt push, I did try those, and it's quite hard to get it to work.
On the eating topic, I'm cleaning it up slowly, hubbie is half Sweedish and half Moponaise, (tirbe from up around quebec, mostly disappreared) and all cheap. (Thrify, frugal....) I'm winning the expensive food war by pointing out how expensive it is to lose time from the shop due to illness.
He grumbles a lot, he's letting me do it, and he's complaining a lot, but he's eating what's in front of him BECASUE he's too chincy to throw it out because it doesn't taste like the dead food he's used to eating. He also likes the no restaurants thing because more stuff winds up staying in our pockets.
I'm going to work into periods of vegan, and then some water fasts.
I know I need to spend some money on frequency stuff, I want to be sure I'm getting the right things before I cough up the dough.
I can't bring myself to see any kind of doctor, MD or otherwise, even though I now have referals to naturpaths that are supposed to be good at it.
Been burned pretty badly.
I'm going to figure it out myself. Nobody does that, right now, 'nobody' is probably smarter than I was, I did what I was told for way too long, and thought what I was told to think, not good!!! Not to mention not seeing what was right under my nose.
