Thanks SO MUCH for posting a synopsis. I agree
that I am probably seeing a lot more than most
because we live in a funny little area where
even with the most extreme weather, often if
it is a system to the east it always goes around
us. If the system is to the west, it is heading
our way and then catches a ride to the north
or the south. This is ALWAYS where the trails
are laid down, except this last week when the
trails were laid down in an area where the
usual flight patterns out of Houston are although
these were much lower and in X configurations
rather than the checkerboards. That evening on
the news, the weatherman was expressing his
relief that a small system to the north (my
area)had lasted "just long enough" he said, to
push the system which then became Hurricane Dolly
to the south. No one could convince me that this
was not on purpose.

It is very helpful to get more of an idea of how
to hit it harder than I have. I have pau'darco
and other extracts, especially cayenne which I
could use. I would even venture to guess that
the different heart sensations I had had over
the past few years may be connected but that
cayenne has really benefited me. I actually will
be glad to move out of this area because it is
becoming clearer that this is one of the starting
points where chemtrails are laid to head north
or south to the more heavily populated areas.
There are few out here to notice but if you are
looking there is no question that these are not
contrails.

I have been using coconut oil to oil my hair too
which also acts as a fungicide. I had not made
that connection but will continue that since it
has made a dramatic difference. I use it also as
a facial moisturizer so there may be more than a
few good reasons to use it inside and out. I am
using Lower Bowel Balance (LLB) to keep my own
detoxing going smoothly. I can also recommend
the Bentonite clay. Here is a good thread from

since I am going to have some dental work so hopefully
