Re: A message for chemtrails naysayers: 2006 GAO report admits "chaff"

I certainly don't put it past the Government to be involved in experiments with "chemtrails" to see how they can mask radar or even effect the weather. I don't, however, buy the notion that it is being done to kill off the population or that it is as widespread as some people claim, although everyone sees things through their own eyes, and where I live right now in western Massachusetts it is pretty rare for me even to see a plane much less a chemtrail/contrail.
