Combat Stretching! That is quite scary. Not what I had in mind at all. Stretching too much can hurt your muscles and joints. I don't try to stretch but what I do increases flexibility and relaxes muscle tension. This happens gradually and joints improve. It's a bad idea to try to stretch like that when you are older and don't have the elasticity you once had ,it can just cause injury
