Re: Vitamin C & MMS (again)

What we know is vitamin C and chlorine dioxide neutralize each other so if you add enough vitamin C to activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement solution there will be no chlorine dioxide available until the vitamin C is used up. Of course you wouldn't do this
When it gets in the body though we don't exactly know what is being absorbed and
oxidising or improving the immune system though Jim Humble says this is chlorine dioxide chlorous acid and its products. We also don't really know how long this process is happening
So its a bit hard to tell how far apart to take the vitamins and 4 hours either way is a guess a minimum to ensure that at least there is not too much vitamin C or Miracle-Mineral-Supplement
activity in the blood/body at the same time
The half life just means the time it takes for half the substance to disappear from the blood or the body, ie be metabolised or excreted. If it is 1/2 hour then it will take hours for it all to go as the rate diminishes unpredictably.
Vitamins C though is stored within the bodies cells and tissues for a lot longer whereas Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is most active in the blood
It has been shown that Vitamin C also raises the level of the cells resistance to oxidative stress so it would seem to be desirable to have extra C when using MMS
for this reason. It isnt essential though as the cells have other antioxidants
If you take megadoses of C though that means you have to take the MMS further away and it seems best to take it just once a day in this case. Obviously the only way you can tell is by the effects on your health as research needs to be done to get a clearer idea about this.
Whatever you do megadoses of C may lessen the oxidative effect of MMS substantionally but it may still work in some way even if chlorine dioxide is reduced
