In my situation, I was desperate; so I did not want to take the time to "build up" with vitamin C and other nutrients. I wish I had. If you have the opportunity, I would say yes. I don't think we will see Miracle-Mineral-Supplement off the market any time soon. Besides, its always good to have the support of a good ND.
