Hi Masha2,

Good luck on your fast. I hope you'll be able to complete your fast in the why you want. I did want to let you know that many years ago I was on a fast and got very sick drinking tea (ended up in the hospital because of the tonic acid so be careful ok? Fasting done right is fantastic!!! This site has helped me a lot!
