day 5,not feeling so good
hello all. im new to the site, iv been following for the past few days tho. im on day 5, although i didnt start with just water, im mostly on just water now. i also drink green tea, oolong tea, take my
Antibiotics for my current bronchitis, birth control pills, and.. omega 3 and CLA capsules. oh, and i drink the occassional diet soda, zero cals. and... i know i know, i still smoke. yikes. i guess im doing this more for weight loss the detox. im not hungry, at all. but i do feel nausious and kinda dizzy/faint. i went tanning yesterday, and i swear i felt like i was going to pass out afterwards. is this normal? or is this due to the sodas? pills? tea?
