hey...welcome to this site...you will become a more informed water-faster from reading this forum and also archived posts! I am going to respond to the diet soda/tanning aspects to your post: those are not so good when you are shooting for water only. The caffeine in the diet soda is very counterintuitive to detox, and the tanning will dehydrate you in a big way. I'd stay away from those two things for sure. I know it feels unnatural to not take medicine/supplements while fasting, but that is really the way to go. The smoking...err...I hope you can quit sometime soon for your health and the health of the people around ya! good luck! peace, kozzz
