I tend to eat less meals too and I am not that hungry with the UT so I can do that
I have attempted to eat similar to the warrior diet, one or two meals a day but the meals are probably larger than normal and they help me get to sleep usually.
interesting observation about the carbs making you crave more carbs

Oh and exercise, well I go to the gym rather regularly which helps me but as soon as I cut out the carbs the weight drops again.
