from what I have seen of the posts by Di she seems to be trying to discourage people from ingesting large amounts of urine yet she has never tried it herself

from what I have seen she may have started but got discouraged by the detox reaction you get at first via the skin (this lasted for 2 - 8 months for me on and off). I backed off the amount I was having when this happened a bit but I knew it had to happen. Mostly it occurred when I had over 10 cups per day.

this is a very natural reaction as some substances can not be removed from the body via any other method, the skin plays a vital role here, she talked of chemical toxicity, I had the same problem, exposure to large amounts of malthoine. A pesticide that stays in the system.

I have had this reaction myself and I have had a few welts / pimple like boils come up but I stuck with it and they all healed up now my skin is looking better than ever, my facial hair is even starting to grow properly now, before it was all patchy and I could never really grow a beard without feeling discouraged and shaving it off, now it's finally looking like a beard.
