We need a better descriiption of the word "chelator" because Iodine dumps the metal in the bloodstream. For those with a working methylation cycle and good Glutathione levels this can be OK and elimination will increase for them, the rest will fall flat due to the extra load in their bloodstream and need real chelators like DMSA, large doses of Selenomethionine etc...
